How quickly can you start a project?
For most engagements we can begin within 2–4 weeks of signing an agreement. For Urgent crisis management or DRR advisory work, we can mobilise faster — please indicate urgency in your message.
Do you work with government agencies?
Yes — government ministries, public agencies, and statutory bodies are our primary clients. We understand island government procurement processes and can support both direct engagement and framework contracts.
Can you provide services in Dutch?
Absolutely. We work in Dutch, English, and Papiamentu. Documentation, deliverables, and meetings can all be conducted in Dutch or any combination of our working languages.
Do you travel to other islands?
Yes. While we're headquartered in Bonaire, we regularly travel to Curaçao, Aruba, Saba, Sint Eustatius, and Sint Maarten. We include travel planning in all project proposals.
What does a typical engagement look like?
We start with a scoping session to understand your situation. Then we propose a structured delivery plan with clear milestones, SLAs, and deliverables. All projects follow our 4-step model: Discovery → Design → Implementation → Handover.
Do you offer ongoing support contracts?
Yes. For IT infrastructure and GIS platforms we offer managed service and retainer agreements with defined SLAs. This is popular with island government clients who need ongoing local support without maintaining in-house specialists.
